The Gambero Rosso’s RoadShow held yesterday in San Paulo was a great success. From 2pm to 8pm more than 800 people filled the ballroom of the Hotel Unique, a modern architectural complex that from a distance seems a ship moored amongst the trees designed by the celebrated architect star Ruy Ohtake. There the 50 producers at the RoadShow, including Volpe Pasini, met operators, importers, restaurant owners and sommeliers and poured for them their best wines (over 200 labels). The city, with a population of 11 million (that become 20 million in the urban area and 29 million in the surrounds), is the protagonist of an extraordinary economic growth and its population drinks wine – 50% of the total consumption – …

For the third time the Gambero Rosso arrives in Chicago with the producers and the Three Glasses wines: an appointment that has grown over time to reach the 1,000 visitors of this edition. Importers and distributors looking for wineries not yet imported, wine shop and restaurant owners, sommeliers and journalists specialized in wine&food. A quality of public, in short, that confirms the nature of this refined and cultured city. The satisfaction of the producers is tangible, especially the one of those who has believed in this American date since …

The Italian quality wine has never been so popular in Manhattan. We could say Big Apple, Great Wines…Italian wines of course. This is demonstrated by the success of the Three Glasses World Tour. Let us begin from the tasting at the Metropolitan Pavilion: the queue was as long as a block and the hall was already full within fifteen minutes from the opening of the gates. Great interest also for the wines of Volpe Pasini, one of the only 4 wineries in Italy that this year was awarded the Three Glasses on two wines, the Sauvignon Zuc di Volpe 2010 and the Pinot Bianco Zuc di Volpe 2010. Both wines were available for tasting in New York, together with the …

At the entrance of the Fort Mason Center in San Francisco there are over 200 feet of row: traders, wine bloggers, press. In a day of light and warm colours, not too far from the Golden Gate Bridge, 150 Italian wineries present their best wines. “The Californian people, who have a very important wine production, have a very strong wine culture and a very high sensibility” says Emilio Rotolo, owner of Volpe Pasini. This event creates every year an amazing expectation because the participants know that they will find only wines of the highest quality. Among these there will be the Sauvignon Zuc di Volpe 2010 and the Pinot Grigio Zuc di Volpe 2010, both awarded with the Three Glasses. …

It is with great pride that we can say that Volpe Pasini has returned as a winner from the award ceremony for the Three Glrasses by Gambero Rosso in Rome. Over the past 10 years the Zuc di Volpe wines has often been awarded the prestigious recognition of the Three Glasses but nothing had prepared us to the emotion to bring back home 2 Three Green Glasses in the same year, making Volpe Pasini one of the only 4 wineries in Italy to have reached this important goal. At this point we can really say a big “Well done!” to the entire Volpe Pasini team.
